The first social and inclusive textile production district Made in Italy that aims to support 4 small non-profit tailoring laboratories operating in the cities of Milan, Roveredo in Piano, Figline and Incisa Valdarno and Pozzuoli, accompanying them on a path of growth, fostering their productivity and increasing their capacity for inclusive employment of disadvantaged people. This is Innesti project of Cooperativa Sociale Quid which, since 2013, with the independent brand Progetto Quid, has been producing and distributing ethical and sustainable fashion collections from surplus fabrics, offering employment opportunities to people with fragility and disabilities, with a special focus on women. With our support, the Quid Social Cooperative will experiment and redesign the work organisation and training processes within each workshop in a synergetic and collaborative way, through two areas of action: train-the-trainer training courses for coordinators and trainers of individual workshops and on-the-job training courses for a total of 127 final beneficiaries also supported by work grants, of which 7 were financed by Enel Cuore.
